Absolutely. We make it quick and smooth so you can focus on enjoying your ride. You pay for the bike(s), you sign our waiver of liability and we take a copy of your ID card for safety reasons, and you are free to ride. No endless forms to fill.

No. The price you see when reserving is the final price — no hidden fees. You can use a helmet, a lock, a bag to put your stuff in, a GPS with programmed routes (one GPS per couple or group)… or not. It is totally up to you.

Bike rentals are per day. You can pick up from 8.00am, return the bike before 18.00pm.

Not at all. We’re happy to explain how it works. You can also read our blog about riding an e-bike on our website. We work with Orbea-bikes, which are well known for their easy to handle and inituitive control display. Just remember: riding a e-bike is the same as riding a normal bike but you think you have superpowers.

We are aware that some bike rentals offer poor quality electrical bikes. That is why we chose Orbea, a Basque company that developes its bikes in Spain and Portugal and is loved by amateur and professional cyclists. Orbea bikes are designed by people who love cycling and that passion translates into comfortable and well-balanced bikes. For our maintenance we work with Duas Rodas in Loulé, the shop of cycling passionate Antonio.

We know that some couples have different levels of sportivity. One just wants to enjoy his ride without too much sweat, the other one enjoys an adrenaline fix and a bit of hard work on the bike. The perfect solution is to rent a mountainbike along with an e-bike!

Preferably yes, if you want be sure to have a bike. But you can also just walk in and check our availabilities. But keep in mind that bikes may sell out on busy days.

No worries — our Good Weather Guarantee applies. We have 300 sunny days per year in the Algarve, we don’t want you to go riding out on one of those rare rainy days. We can cancel your reservation for free or book you a bike on another day upon availability, no problem. Just contact us via mail, whatsapp or come by the Café.

Both! You are totally free to just pick up your bike and return it after your ride. But if you want a speciality coffee, a homemade juice or one of our famous Belgian beers after your ride, you are more than welcome. We also offer breakfast, brunch, lunch and tapas, ice cream and a counter full of homemade desserts.

Pretty much everything! If you choose breakfast you receive the famous breakfast platter of our chef Roselien with bread, croissants, eggs, … and a fresh juice of your choice. After that you leave for a relaxing ride and you just have to bring back the bike before 17h. If you prefer to do your ride first you will be welcomed with a signature brunch platter and a juice of your choice. Check our menu for all details!

No problem. We have 3 sizes in the E-bikes (S,M,L) and 2 size in the MTB’s (S/M and L) but they are pretty flexible thanks to the adjustable saddle heights. If you are under 1m60 we recommend a size S. If you are over 180, we recommend a L. You can fill in your height upon reservation and we will make sure you have a bike that feels comfortable for you.

Call us and we’ll try to help you as quickly as possible. Changing a flat tyre on a electric bike is quite tricky so if possible we will help you out with a spare bike. Experienced mountain bike riders can take a repair kit and change the tyre themselves – probably the quickest solution!

In all honesty: it is very uncommon for rental companies to provide insurance for riders (although most shops will not talk about this). The rider is responsible for the bike during the rental as explained in the waiver of liability. We strongly recommend having personal travel insurance, which usually covers accidents and personal injury. We explain how the e-bike works before you leave and are always reachable if there’s a problem.
